Password protect VSP

To guard your work and help ensure the security of your volunteers' personal information, you can password protect VSP. This feature is extremely helpful if you have VSP installed on a computer with multiple users. Not only will it help protect the volunteers' information but it will also protect your data from being changed or accidentally deleted.

How to password protect VSP

  1. Open VSP and click on the File menu at the top of the screen.
  2. Select "Password Protect VSP..." from the drop-down menu. You will be prompted to enter a password to use.

NOTE: To turn this feature off, go to the File menu and select "Password Protect VSP..." and delete the password.
